Crave has a nice (if incomplete) list of funny videogame names found here. I’ve played a few of those, and I must say the names always confused me. Worth looking over IMO.
I did enjoy the fact that of the 22 comments up when I read it, most were corrections about names or people defending a game. Got to love the videogame community.

Well it’s obvious why they’re named so horribly (most of them). Bad translation, attention grabbing words (for children), attention grabbing phrases (for rednecks with consoles), and others seemed like they had no choice except to name it so crazy that someone might buy it. I really wish I’d known about the Bernstein Bears game, I loved those books.
