Due to not sitting in front of a computer for 9hrs+ each day at work, I won’t be able to blog much this week. IRL FTL and all that.
Still playing and loving Warband (Floris mod is good), Aria is now below 1000 ELO (noob). I play side games to remain around 1200. The creatures below 1000 ELO are not humans, I swear. Just some of the absolute worst playing I’ve seen, not to mention the charming attitudes to match. Makes an MMO General forum look like a college seminar on world peace.
Urge to blog is raising though, so that’s good for next week.

3. Aggressively sell darkfall for residuals

5. Get murdered in your sleep by wife/gf
So far I’m 2-1 in my placement matches in solo queue. I’m insanely paranoid to play ranked matches atm because I don’t want to land in ELO hell. I really want to duo-queue with some competent Inq folks to help me along, hehe.
Up for a match or two this week? :P
It’s also kind of scary right now with the new patch. I’m unsure how things will shake out, but maybe sticking with a tried and true champ would be a good idea to exploit the current disarray. Then again, playing so soon after a new champ comes out can be brutal…
Duo-queue is more trouble than help tbh. It boosts your ELO, two people on vent is not a huge factor past the laning phase, and it no longer guarantees you the top selection slot.
So if I solo queue I get first ban or pick? I had no idea!

So I downloaded Floris mod pack, and I have to admit — not impressed. It doesn’t ‘feel’ right to me. Going back to the native mod with some TweakMB.
It has a lot of changes, yea. I did not like the feel the first time either. But now, having played native a bit, I am enjoying it. Very nice change of pace, plus a lot more options.
